A piece filmed in Sri Lanka, inspired by Luce Irigarays philosophies on the feminine within phallocentric language, drawing parallels between the female experience and the claiming of landscape. I also take inspiration from Buddhist ideas surrounding egolessness and temporality to reflect on my perceived identity and uprootedness.

A piece that aims to explore the boundaries between the internal and external, the human and the non-human, and the masculine and the feminine, emphasising the impact of environmental change on our consciousness and grief caused by climate change. It also discusses the concept of the feminine as fluid and void-like, whilst highlighting that these qualities attract male manipulation.
